This vintage Christmas postcard features a rural scene covered in snow and complete with a country house, barn, turkey and chickens. Holly and berries border on the left and a poinsettia is in a circular inset in the upper right corner. The designs are embossed and the edges have a gold border around them. The sentiment, "Good Old Christmas" is written in gold and centered on the bottom.

The edges and corners are in good condition with a minimal amount of wear for this age of card. It has a canceled one cent stamp on the back and it is postmarked Dec 23, 1909 from Cincinnati, OH. It was sent from Mr. and Mrs. F.C. Engelke and Children to Mrs. John Stautner in Wilmington, OH.

This is a very attractive card and would be a nice addition to your collection.
