This Polaroid Electric Eye Land Camera Model J66 was manufactured between 1961 and 1963. It has a great look and is gray, black and silver in color. The original carry case is made of brown leather. A couple of instruction pamphlets from the case revealed that the camera used “Type 47, 3000 speed" film. The case also contains a “coater” that was used to set or finish the photographs.

A quick inspection of the camera revealed that the shutter still trips and the bellows appear to be light-tight. There is mild separation and wrinkling of the adhesive instructions on the back panel. There is also a bit of surface rust on the inside from chemical exposure. The case stitching is intact but there is a small tear in the leather at the hinge.

Overall a great collectible camera at far less than its $89.50 original retail price. It would make a great gift or display for your home or office.

Measurements:
Camera: approx 5" x 10" x 3"
