Black Rhino Vintage does not offer refunds, credits or exchanges. We describe all vintage items, through both description and photography as accurately as possible. If you have any questions about a particular item, please make sure to contact us prior to purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us, if would like additional photos of an item, we would be happy to provide them.

We do not offer gift wrapping, but we would be happy to send a gift and include a plain notecard with your message. Just include what you wish to say and how you would like the note signed in the notes to buyer section.

I package carefully for shipping but damage and loss during transit do happen occasionally. If your package arrives with obvious damage to the packaging, please photograph the package prior to opening it and save the packaging. Once opened, check the item for damage, photograph any damage and contact me via convo immediately but, in any event, within 5 days of receipt of the package. I will provide you with a full or partial refund (depending on the extent of the damage), including shipping, once you have provided me with the photographs for processing of the insurance claim.

If your package is not received and has not been marked as delivered, please contact me so we can contact the postal carrier to track its whereabouts and begin the insurance claim application. I will provide you with a full refund, including shipping, once you have completed the affidavit required by the insurance company for processing of the insurance claim. There may be a delay in providing you a refund until such time as the insurance company deems the package lost. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, I can no longer be responsible for it nor provide a refund if it has been stolen.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
