Returns and exchange details

Please contact me if you are not satisfied with your purchase. I am more than happy to resolve any problems you may have. I cannot refund the shipping cost if the purchase has already shipped. Refunds, returns or exchanges need to be arranged within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping policies

All Items are shipped through USPS first class. You will receive a tracking number via the email you have on file with Etsy. My products are made to order. It will take 3 to 5 business days to complete the product and ship. Custom orders may take longer.

I am not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items once they leave my shop. If you would like insurance for your order please notify me, and understand that additional Shipping Costs may apply.

Items that are shipped back to me via the Post Office due to wrong address or other reasons will be held until the buyer contacts me. You as the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping costs as I send to the address you indicated.

If you need something sooner, please contact me.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International orders will not be considered lost until after 60 days from the date of shipment. Please know that packages can be held for quite some time in customs. All orders go USPS International First Class. Import duties, taxes (VAT), and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

I accept custom orders! I can cartoonize you and your pet, add beads, charms, create custom graphics, etc. I can also create artwork for framed prints, or invitations or cards, e.g. nursery artwork, wedding invitations, custom greeting cards, etc. Please send me a message so we can discuss the price and terms for the custom order.
