No refunds will be given for personalised items unless faulty, damaged or spelling mistakes made on my behalf

I still have not received my order, where is it? Do you have a tracking number?

Please check your order confirmation, if it was shipped with STANDARD, it is non tracked. If your order was shipped with TRACKING, please check your tracking for shipment updates. Once I dispatch your order I do not have control over where your order is, how it will be delivered or the delivery timeline.

I have still not received my order yet, what do I do?

I am sorry to hear this. Please do be patient (I know it's hard) but give it another week or two. Please contact me if it has been at least 1 MONTH after your order was dispatched (not placed)

Custom and personalised orders

If you have confirmed that your happy with the proofs for your order you can not cancel or ask to make changes to any order if I have already made it or if it has been dispatched. Same goes for any personalised orders.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it

You will need to contact your post office for further investigation or file a claim so they can pull the exact GPS location where it was scanned

My address was wrong or incomplete

If your order was sent to a wrong address due to a mistake on your behalf then I am not liable for a replacement or a refund
