All of my custom tutu and accessories are made to order. All sales are final. Sorry no refunds.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements. No refunds or exchanges will be given if the customer provides inaccurate measurements.

Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you feel there is something wrong with your order please notifiy me within 7 days of receiving merchandise. Each situation is handled on a case by case basis.

Shipping policies

Orders sent using etsy direct check out will be shipped to the address provided, please make sure it is correct. I am not responsible if item is shipped to an incorrect address.

I ship via USPS priority & first class mail. Smaller items such as hair accessories are shipped first class and usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Blankets & tutu dresses are shipped priority mail which usually arrives within 1-3 business days.

If you must have an item shipped express mail due to a time restraint I am happy to do so at customers expense. Just send me a message and I can get you a shipping

If you need an item shipped outside the United States, please send me a message and I can get you a shipping quote. Additional customs fees and taxes may apply and are the customers responsibility.

I am not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or damaged during the shipping process. Please send me a message if insurance is required and I will get a quote, this will be at the customers expense.

Additional policies

Some of my tutu dresses and accessories contain small parts that could become a choking hazard if detached. Please supervise your children while wearing merchandise from my shop. I will not be held liable in the event something happens.

In the event that tulle, flower or ribbon color selected is unavailable, I may need to substitute for something comparable. I will contact the buyer before any substitution is made.
