Is anything physically mailed?

No physical item(s) will be shipped. These are digital template items. Some items are INSTANT DOWNLOAD, which, when purchased, provides a direct link for you to click and download the file to your computer for at home or outside printing. Other items are personalized by me with the wording you provide in me either the "Notes to Seller" section of checkout or through Etsy Conversation.

Where can I print my invitations or announcements?

You can print your digital invitations using your own home printer or at a local print shop such as FedEx Kinkos, Staples, and Office Depot. If you use online vendors, be aware of file formats the vendor chosen accepts. Not all file formats are accepted the same. For example, the popular online print vendor VistaPrint does not accept the same type of file as its competitor Mpix or even local pharmacy photo shops such as Walgreens or CVS. If you have any concerns regarding your file and its upload acceptance, please message me in advance. I will be able to help you select the right type of file needed.

Do you offer printing services?

At the moment, printing services are not offered by PartyRebelDesigns.

Do you offer customization services?

For customization inquiries, please message me stating the file in question and what changes are requested. With the information you provide I can determine if any customization can be completed. It is important to note, any customization and changes from the original layout will result in additional costs on top of the original price.

Do you offer Refunds, Returns, and/or Exchanges?

Due to the nature of these items being digital files, no refunds, returns, and/or exchanges are accepted once the item has been sent. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

How can I contact you with any inquiries?

All means of contact will be conducted through Etsy Conversation.
