Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

I know that you will be happy with your item, but as unforeseen things do happen, I will be happy to work with you to correct the problem. Please contact me as soon as possible. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the item. Item(s) must be returned in unused condition. Exchanges will be made when needed. Refunds can only be given for the cost of the item. Shipping charges can not be refunded, as they are a fee that I pay to have the item shipped to you.

Shipping policies

I ship USPS First Class which includes tracking. If you would like your item insured or to arrive sooner at your expense, please contact me. I package my items with care and do not take responsibility for your items after they leave my hands.
I am not responsible for packages once they have been accepted/scanned by USPS (or other shipping provider). If there is an issue with a lost/mishandled package, I will do my best to help resolve the problem with USPS.
