I totally understand that all noses process scents differently and I accept returns under the following guidelines:

CANDLE RETURNS:
*Do not trim the wick
*Do not burn candle
*Return in brand new, unused condition

WAX MELT RETURNS:
*Do not break your melts
*Do not use or remove from clamshell
*Return in brand new, unused condition

Returns require prior approval from me. If you would like to return, just message me and I will let you know how to proceed.

Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs incurred both ways.

Once item is received (in condition it was sent) customer will be refunded for item cost, minus shipping cost.

No worries! I gladly accept returns on unused items. Just contact me within 3 days of delivery and I will get right back to you.
During the cold, winter months, your candle wax may develop a small crack or two from the cold. This is not a sign of a damaged candle, it is merely a contraction of the wax (due to the cold temperature). It will not affect the burning of your candle at all and will usually disappear, as you burn your candle.


During the warm summer months, it is highly recommended that you make sure to bring your order inside, as soon as it is delivered. Even though they are highly protected against damage during shipping, your gorgeous candles and/or wax melts do their best when they are not left sitting out in the sun or in a hot mailbox.

The Cheeky Nose is not responsible for any items left to exposure, during hot/cold weather or elements.
In order to burn correctly, your candle wick must be trimmed to approximately 1/4 of an inch, every time you burn and after every four hours of burning. This will ensure your candle burns correctly, evenly and as cleanly as possible.
A wick trimmer is the BEST way to accomplish this. However, you can also use a nail trimmer or even pinch off the wick, to the correct length, with your fingernails.
I recommend only burning your candle for about four hours at a time, allow candle to cool and then trim your wick to 1/4 of an inch before burning again.
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT, PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER.

If your address is incorrect, please let me know immediately. If your item hasn't shipped, I can easily correct this for you.

The Cheeky Nose is not responsible for an incorrect address. If your order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I will refund the purchase price of your order, minus the shipping cost.

If you are still wanting your purchase, I am also able to make you a custom listing for the additional shipping cost to your correct address, as long as you contact me before I have refunded you.

SHIPPING TIMELINE
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. All orders include tracking information. This information can be found on the receipt page of your order.


SHIPPING LOCATION
I am currently only offering shipping within the US.
My products are novelty items and each scent is my unique combination and interpretation of each scent. Additionally, my fragrances vary in strength/scent throw, depending on the fragrance.

While some of my fragrances have a stronger throw, some have a softer, milder scent throw. My products are not intended to fill a large area with scent, although some will.

As such, I am not able to offer a refund on any USED product, due to a dislike of the fragrance or scent throw but
am happy to accept returns of UNUSED items/products.

I highly recommend ordering a sample candle, if you are unsure about a candle scent or throw.

If you are looking to use my products in a larger area, you may need to purchase multiples of that product.
If you have feel that you are having any issues with your scent throw, I recommend the following:
1. Move your candle to a different spot in your home. Sometimes a draft can affect scent throw.
2. Ensure you are allowing a full wax pool to develop. Soy candles need a full wax pool for optimal scent throw.
3. Ensure you are using the product in a small area. My items are not intended to overwhelm and large areas can/will affect scent throw.
