You will receive a PRINTABLE digital file for printing at home, emailing to invited guests, or printing at a print shop. Print as many copies as you need!

This listing is available in multiple sizes: 5x7, 4x6, 4.25 x 5.5 or 8.5 x 11, please specify when ordering. For easiest printing, I recommend the 4.25 x 5.5, we can fit 4 on a page in that size (see image in listing).

Available in 4 file types (I can send all if you prefer):
1. A high quality PDF file
2. A high quality PDF file with multiple invites on an 8.5 x 11 size page, for printing at home or at a professional printer (please use WHITE cardstock)
3. A high resolution JPG file (300 DPI)
4. A smaller file JPG file, better for email or other social media

If you need a different file type, please let me know, I can usually accommodate.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:

STEP 1: Purchase this listing

STEP 2: Include all text you need included in the message to seller at checkout. All text in sample invite can be changed. (examples: Date, Time, Name, Location, RSVP info, etc.). Specify if you'd like to receive a PDF, JPG, or both.

STEP 3: You will receive a proof 1-3 business days after I receive confirmation of your order. I'll send this to the email you have on file with Etsy unless you request otherwise. Please double-check all information. I recommend you print out a copy so you can approve the color as well. I’ll make up to 5 revisions for you before I go crazy.

STEP 4: Let me know of any needed corrections or give me the final approval. I'll email you your final file(s). Easy Peasy!

PRINTING ADVICE:

I recommend taking your file to your local printer and having them print these for you on high-quality card stock. Office supply stores also have print labs that do a great job. FedEx/Kinkos and the UPS store are pros at this too.

Another option is to print these on photo paper at your neighborhood photo lab (Walgreens, CVS). Upload the JPG file to them, usually matte paper looks best.

You can also purchase card stock and print at home. If you’re lucky you might be able to get away with this at your day job.
