Due to the nature of the product offering Jessica Allyn Designs does not accept returns.

If something is damaged in shipping, insurance from the shipping company will cover a portion of the damages. With these funds buyers can make arrangements for repair of their items.

Please note due to the vintage nature of the majority of Jessica Allyn items there will be imperfections in a vintage product unless otherwise noted as "in perfect condition".

Also please note that any painted pieces are hand painted and need to be handled with care on the buyers end. Extreme temperature changes, water, moisture or direct sunlight can affect the condition of paint on painted furniture. Please be mindful of this. Returns cannot be accepted for damages to paint after the item has been delivered.

For the majority of the larger furniture pieces I will only personally deliver to Connecticut, New York, and parts of Massachusetts, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Please contact me directly regarding the areas I deliver to if you would like more information.

For larger pieces of furniture I occasionally use Home to Home Services. They charge a flat fee of $388 for home delivery. If you would like to consider this option please message me directly.

Smaller items will be shipping out using USPS for the price posted in each individual listing.

Pick up is always an option for any item in my shop. It is also completely free.

Please allow extra time for custom orders. Depending on the specific job time needs to be allowed for fabric sampling, reupholstering and scheduling delivery.

Delivery can take up to 5 weeks depending on the delivery schedule and location of delivery.
