A selection of china black teas, pumpkin spices, flavorings and little candy pumpkins for a touch of whimsy makes this one a sure winner.

Black Tea, from the Camellia Senensis plant, is fermented (or dried) and the leaves vary in size according to variety. All black teas have caffeine. Two ounces of Black Tea yields 20-24 teaspoons or enough tea to make approximately 20-24 cups of tea, using 1 level teaspoon of loose tea for each 5 oz. cup. A cup is not a mug - a mug holds about 2 cups of tea.

Bring water to a full boil, pour over leaves. Brew for 3 minutes. Unflavored black tea is wonderful with the addition of a splash of milk (never cream as it will over-power the flavor of the tea and might curdle) and a little sugar. Flavored black teas are best with no addition of milk but a little sugar enhances the flavor.
