If you order an incorrect tungsten ring or vintage ring we will accept back your ring. A 50% refund will be given.

Tungsten carbide is an extremely hard metal which can only be scratched by a diamond or mineral containing corundum. There is a possibility that a tungsten carbide ring could break if dropped on a hard surface or knocked heavily but it is quite rare.
All our tungsten rings carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your ring you buy from us becomes damaged, simply send it back to us and we will send a new identical item under our warranty plus shipping & handling fees or a replacement ring that is acceptable to you. 50% of the purchase price is payable.

All our solid gold rings, palladium rings, platinum rings can be resized as they are precious metals.

Purchasing a ring gauge set from us is FREE (refundable deposit) or you can ask your local jeweller for a reading which is the the easiest way to measure your ring finger size. A set of ring finger gauges allows you to simply slip one of the loops over your finger to obtain an accurate finger size reading.

We can custom make your jewellery pieces using a combination of Natural Earth Mined Gems that you choose.

We do not use lab created, synthetic or man-made gemstones for any of our vintage jewellery pieces. All gemstones are 100% GENUINE.

Platinum is a luxurious hypoallergenic precious metal and is the brightest white of all metals. It is extremely durable and is a very dense metal and will feel heavier in comparison to an 18ct/18k gold ring.

Palladium is a hypoallergenic precious metal which has a silver-white colour and is similar to platinum in colour. Palladium is lighter in weight than platinum and can be polished to look very bright.
