Your sign's condition is well documented with many picture angles before it ships.
All items shipped by us are packaged securely & insured for their full purchase value with tracking information. Once the carrier service takes possession of the item, we aren't responsible for damage incurred in transit, during or after delivery. We aren't
responsible for lost or stolen items. No refund for damaged items, damage during delivery or lost items.

When filing a claim with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, etc. the damaged article, container, packaging, and any other items received must be presented for inspection

We recommend that you hang your sign directly from the bracket arm or post using a locking biner or large locking clip. Chains promote swinging of the sign, which can result in problems.

Yes. Always pre-drill the screw holes. Use screws only. Never use nails.

No. Your sign arrives with our clear coating and nothing should be applied or added to your sign. Do not spray cleaners of any kind on your sign. For future occasional cleaning use a soft cloth, rinse with water. Do not power or pressure wash your sign.
