To avoid delays please keep open communication with us once you’ve placed your order. If you do not receive email notifications from Etsy you should either:

(2) Check your Conversations regularly.

Larger prints are rolled up in acid-free glassine paper, inserted in a clear poly bag, and then put into a heavy weight cardboard tube.

Cancellation requests received PRIOR to proof creation will be granted and fully refunded, however once a proof has been sent to you (typically the day after your order has been placed), no refunds will be issued. All of our prints are custom made and it takes time to create them. What you pay is 90% expended to make your first proof.
