Materials Used:
-Heavy Duty Nylon webbing for structure and stability
-Grosgrain ribbon
-Side release buckle
-Heavy Duty welded D-ring
-Box stitching for extra support at weak spots!
-Adjustable tri-glide sliders for the perfect fit
-Machine washable, and lay flat to dry
-Glitter and Foil Collars should be handwashed***

PLEASE NOTE: Normal wear and tear, chewing, scratching, or misuse of our collars are not considered to be due to any flaws in workmanship and will not be considered for exchanges or refunds. Though the collars are made on heavy duty nylon webbing, they are not indestructible and can be cut by anything that is sharp.
***Each grosgrain ribbon will wear differently. Some ribbons have the designs added while others are printed on the ribbon itself. Ribbons with glitter or foil accents, may rub off quicker than normal collars depending on the dog who wears the collars. Not all ribbon is the same, and some are tougher than others***

Dogs will be dogs, and not all dogs are the same. This also goes for how dogs wear their collars. Some dogs can be very hyper and pull while walking on the leash causing the collar to have a shorter life span, while a similar dog can wear the collar for years. Please make sure the equipment you use on your dog is safe for them, and make sure it is being used correctly so that it can have a longer lifespan!

Returns & exchanges

When you receive your items, please check to make sure there was no damage done during shipping. If there are any issues or missing items, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

If you received the wrong item, or there is a huge flaw with the collar, you can contact me and either exchange for a new collar or do a full refund for the amount of the collar(s). Please just make sure you have contacted me before you ship anything back!

If there is nothing wrong with the collar you have received, and you just decide you no longer want it, or you ordered the wrong size you can still get a refund in the amount of the collar but it will be your responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

All returned items must be in their original condition to receive the refund. Once I have received the returned item/items you will get the refund amount necessary!

All of my items are carefully packaged and sent by USPS First Class Mail Or USPS Priority Mail. You will be provided with a tracking number at the time of shipment.

If you do not receive your order in a reasonable amount of time, please contact me and I will discuss it with you.
