If you are placing an order for a business card or something that you have asked for personalization or changes, it will not be an instant download! It will take time (up to 3 three days, but usually much faster) for me to work on it and make your changes! I have provided a file to download because Etsy requires it for a digital file sale. Provide me with the information and I will customize it for you! Thank you for your patience!

On printing: It is not possible for me to provide a template for business cards as everyone has a different printer and paper weight, and I can't troubleshoot everyone's home printers.

PRINTING FROM HOME: Make sure your printer is set to BORDERLESS, MARGINLESS, or manually set the margins to 0 to assure accurate sizing. You can purchase a business card set from Avery or Brothers or Staples at an office supply store. They have free templates you can use to upload these designs. You can also look online for a free template to download without purchasing the perforated paper.

PRINTING FROM LOCAL PRINTER: Staples, Kinkos, Office Depot, Office Max- All are good choices. Upload your designs onto a flash drive and they will be able to help you.

I do my best to finish everyone's orders within 24 hours of receiving their personalized information. As I mentioned, I have three kids which means life is unpredictable and I just can't do it! In my listing, I've given myself 1-3 days to complete the orders for that reason. I understand that time is of the essence but I can only do my best. If you have a rush order please message me to find out if I can complete on your timeline!

I am willing to make changes and provide different file types upon request, however, if those changes are requested 48 hours after your files have been sent, there will be a fee to accommodate those requests. The reason for this is because I only keep your files for 48 hours. If you request a change a week later, I need to do all the work all over again to create the file. Thank you for understanding and valuing my time as well.

Please make sure you are using the pdf file to print from. I provide a jpg or png file for online printers that don't accept pdf files and for those that don't know how to manage a pdf file. Please know that your pdf file is 300dpi-very high resolution, while your jpg/png file is only 90dpi. Please double check your file before emailing me for assistance.
