Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Pictorial boards with cloth spine. Folio. Dust jacket (with original flap price of $2.50). Stated "First edition". Photographs by the author. The third Lonely Doll book. The story of Persis, who was rescued from a deserted old house and Nice Bear, who showed Persis the fun of the bright outdoors, and Cross Bear, who was exceedingly grumpy until Persis planned a special surprise, just for him. A very good copy with some light wear to the spine tips and cover corners. The text is very good and clean. small mark on The scarce jacket is very good with some wear to the spine tips and cover edges.

All pages clean and intact, binding tight.
