A complete issue of the famous French weekly fashion magazine : Le Petit Echo de la Mode

Beautiful illustrations with endearing images on every page. The paper is aged to perfection and it would be ideal for framing or for adding to your stash of ephemera for altered art, card-making, découpage, collage or scrap-booking.

I purchased this magazine in Paris many, (many) years ago. It contains 16 pages full of lovely images and text from France in November of 1923. I love this era – « Look Ma, no waist ! »

This issue has a colour illustration on the front cover entitled «La Toussaint». There is also a central 2-page colour fashion illustration in black and white with indoor and outdoor fashions for women and children (gorgeous coats and capes!).

Some other highlights of this issue include:
- a commentary on contemporary fashion (with images)
- a DIY article for a painted room divider
- an article on traveling in the Pyrenees
- an article on embellishing hats
- a pattern for a crocheted shawl or cape
- recipes
- dozens of charming advertisements of the period

Please note that there are many other wonderful elements - I've mentioned only select highlights.

The pictures are fabulous !
