Dimensions

Height: 2 Inches; Width: 3 1/2 Inches

This is my “Bloodwood Star” Ring Box. It measures 3 1/2” x 3 1/2” and is 2” high. There are 72 pieces, both full and half size diamonds and triangles, on this box. On the top there are 32 half size pieces where it would normally have 16 full size pieces. It is finished in its natural color with 5 or 6 coats of clear wiping varnish, rubbed in by hand. The pieces are a bit over 3/16” thick, glued onto a Baltic Birch base.

The type of wood is listed on the bottom of the box from the center out. On this box is “Bloodwood” from South America, “Satinwood” from Sri Lanka, “Purpleheart” from Central or South America and “Wenge” from West Africa.

I made this box in 1996. On the bottom I signed it, listed the wood, and dated it. After the date, the words “Foot Cut” let you know I made it on a foot powered table saw.

It is lined with black velveteen. It has 3 “ring pads” on the bottom forming 2 slots about 2 ½” long, for rings.

This is the perfect ring box for when you ask that “Question” of the girl of your dreams. Or for some extra rings you may have.

Go to my ”Shop Polices” and “Profile” page to see my return policy and other information. To see other small boxes I’ve made, click on “Small Boxes” or whatever gets your interest under “Sections in this shop”. The “Home” page itself can be rather confusing with everything mixed up. The “Sections in this shop” lets me show you all like items together as a unit.

Payment can be made using Pay Pal for immediate shipment, money order or check. Checks will have to clear before shipment is made.
