Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
❤ PHYSICAL ITEMS - Refunds will be given, no questions asked, on all non-custom, non-clearanced orders returned within seven (7) days of delivery. Shipping will not be refunded, however, unless the return is due to seller error. If you need to make a return, just let me know you are making a return within ONE (1) week of delivery and please be sure to request a tracking number! This is for your protection. NO refunds will be disbursed until the item is received back at MilkySoda headquarters!
Please note: Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received!

In similar spirit, if your package is lost in transit and/or cannot be located, you can receive a refund once I've sorted it out with the post! Just please remember to wait an adequate amount of time before contacting me - sometimes packages like to take the scenic route!

Clearance means that these items are being cleared out, typically to make way for newer and more exciting items.
