We can also make small adjustments if you are just looking for a better fit. The first adjustment is free, and we’ll pay to ship the product back to you. Most items ship back out in 1-3 business days.

Our products are made to last. Each harness is carefully inspected before it leaves our shop. In the unlikely event that an items arrives with a manufacturing defect, just contact us and it will be fixed or replaced right away. If any unintended manufacturing defects show up within 1 year, let us know and we’ll fix it for free. If you end up needing small repairs or adjustments down the road contact us for an estimate. Some adjustments and repairs are always free.

Use soaps specifically made for cleaning leather, like saddle soap or specialty leather wipes. Follow cleaning instructions of whichever leather cleaner you choose, then using a dry towel, pat dry until all excess moisture has been absorbed.

Maintain with leather conditioner, such as mink oil or hide rejuvenator. Over time leather conditioners may be necessary to keep leathers from cracking or wearing out, especially around buckles or other metal.

Our products are made using only the finest leather and top quality hardware. Leather is a natural material and the color and thickness of each hide is unique. We do our best to avoid scars, cattle brands, insect bites, small holes or tears, and grain damage but some minor naturally occurring blemishes or color fades are possible and not to be deemed as defects.

While we do our best to accurately display the true color of our products, the actual colors you see on your monitor may vary slightly. We reserve the right to change details on products or photos of products.
