Your new shirt is always designed and pressed individually by one of us sisters at Amara Designs. Please allow time for your shirt to be created and shipped. Design is machine precision cut from commercial grade t-shirt vinyl and heat pressed.

Shipping

The item(s) will be shipped in 1-5 business days after receiving payment.
If one shirt is ordered, it will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If multiple shirts are ordered, the package will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
There are shipping upgrade options available during checkout.

Your order will be shipped to the address that will be available to us after you make the purchase. Please make sure the address is correct. After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
If you would like to make changes to your order, or cancel it, please do it within 2 hours after placing an order.

After the order is shipped, we are not held responsible for the package, for example if there is a delay in delivery because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or delays caused by the USPS.

If the item is shipped to a wrong address that was provided to us with the order, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package to the correct address.

Most importantly, we love to hear from you. If there is an issue with our product, please contact us immediately. There is always a solution.

Refunds and Exchanges

Most of the t-shirts are made to order and we do not accept returns. Please make sure you're ordering the right color and size of a t-shirt. The sizes are included in each listing.

If wrong size/color was ordered, the t-shirt can be exchanged and the buyer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
In any case, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to mail the t-shirt(s) back to us, and for the reshipping cost (us sending the product to the buyer).
Only unworn/unwashed/undamaged t-shirts in the original condition will be exchanged.
For any exchanges, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days after receiving the package.
No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days of receiving the package.
