Yes, please contact me through Etsy message. As long as your package has not been dropped off, even there is a tracking number under your order, I still can void the shipping label for you.
Once it is shipped and dropped off, I cannot cancel any more. If you decide not taking the package, please refuse to receive, so it will return to sender for free. However, once I receive it back, I will not refund you the original shipping fee. THIS IS ALSO APPLIED TO ALL FREE SHIPPING ORDERS!

I do Not accept exchanges or returns once items have been used due to sanitary issue.

If buyer chooses a wrong size or other personal reasons, but never use the item, then you can return. However, buyer has to pay shipping fees for BOTH WAYS (original shipping and return shipping). THIS IS ALSO APPLIED TO ALL FREE SHIPPING ORDERS, otherwise, there is a restocking fee.

In order to receive a refund, please make sure to contact me in 3 days after delivery and return in 7 days. Items must be in new condition and returned in proper packaging to ensure not damaging during shipping. If items are not returned in original condition, buyers are responsible for any loss in value.

If the item you received arrived damaged, please contact me first before writing a review. A Negative Review doesn't help with anything. We both do not want this situation happens, but sometimes we really cannot control how mail carriers to handle our packages. Tossing and dropping are very common during shipping and delivery. Therefore, packages have possibilities to get damaged.
However, no need to worry about anything. I will help you open claims and/or send replacements depend on each situation.

This doesn't happen often.
There are two situations:
1. your package gets lost during transit. I will help open claims to find it.
2. you cannot find your package after delivery. Please ask your family members and neighbours first. If still cannot find it, then open a claim online by yourself asap. Also, try to ask your local mailman where the package left.
Most of time carriers can locate and find the lost package.
