Description

Quantity of 60 (5x3.5 size when folded) thank you cards in a matte finish. Beach ocean design. Back and inside is blank. White envelopes are included and Thank you cards are scored for easy folding. Matte finish, flat printing. No raised printing! Please allow up to 3 business days for printing and then your thank you cards will ship.

Returns and exchange details

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Because the majority of my items are personalized and custom, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the majority of my items due to the personalized nature of my items based on color expectations, proofs that were approved by the buyer, event cancellations or incorrect information, spelling errors, incorrect wording or details that were provided by the buyer and/or approved during the proofing process. The purpose of the proof to the buyer in advance (for personalized items) is to catch errors in wording or details regardless of whether the buyer or seller overlooked/added, etc. a detail to the proof. It is to ensure the seller has completed the proof correctly, and that the buyer has overlooked the proof carefully and has ensured everything is correct. The buyer is solely responsible to ensure the final proof is correct.

- If there is a mistake noticed by the buyer after shipment/delivery of the item and the proof was approved by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the supplies cost to reprint the item.

COLORS: Because computer/monitor/phone settings vary with each user, I do not guarantee the color will be identical in person as to what was viewed on screen. If you have any concern regarding colors, please request a sample PRIOR to ordering and I will set up a sample listing for you on etsy.

I do strive in customer satisfaction and realize every situation is different. In the event that I do accept a return for any reason and agree to refund for ANY reason at all, a refund will not be initiated unless the following apply:

-Buyer must contact me within 3 business days after item shows delivered via the tracking number regarding the defective/misprinted/damaged item.

-Buyer must send back item within 7 business days after contact with me (including all items and envelopes if applicable) in condition the item was received in. Tracking must be provided so seller can track the applicable package.

-BUYER is responsible for all Return Shipping costs.

Once all of these conditions have been met, and once I receive back the item(s), buyer will be refunded the initial purchase price (minus shipping costs) in the same payment method item was purchased under. A refund will not be issued if the item is not returned in original condition. Again, this policy of refund only applies if I accept a refund and is at the seller's discretion.

I are committed to providing you with the fastest service and shipping time frames. For this reason, it is important that you approve the proofs I send you for review for your product that you order. Most of my items ship within 3-7 business days, but may vary with other items.

I ship via USPS Priority or First Class mail, depending on the item ordered (see listing). Please review the listing description to view the shipping time frames for each item.

Because most of the store products are custom, I ask that you kindly respect shipping and processing time frames.

Additional policies

LOST ITEMS/DELIVERY ISSUES: I provide delivery confirmation information after each item ships. If your order shows delivered and you did not receive, I will verify your address with you. I can only ship to items provided in the order transaction details. I encourage you to check with neighbors and your local post office to check on delivery issues. Often times, this is resolved by asking a neighbor or contacting your local post office to see if your item was mis-delivered. However, if you have questions about the status/delivery of your order, please let me know.

COLORS: Please note that many of my items represent a variety of colors. I am happy to provide my buyers with a mailed proof of their item before production, as monitor settings vary and may not be an identical representation of what is printed on cardstock. However, please review the refund/exchange policy on items that do not meet color expectations. Please do not hesitate to request a mailed proof if color is of concern. (for purchased orders) or I can gladly set up a sample listing on etsy for you.

My store offers both digital and printed invitations. However, my die cut style invites are not digital. Please refer to the description and view item details to see if the item you are viewing is digital or printed.

No problem! Just specify the wording and color you want during checkout in the note to seller section. However, if you require a completely different type of item or design, please contact me in advance before ordering.
