The Illness Apprentice VI. (2010)

This is a new photograph, part of the show: "There is a Great Deal I Do Not Need To Know"

Opening 1 October 2010, Art in the Age is proud to present the works of Margaux and Walter Kent, featuring animal sculpture by Darla Jackson. In a collection of woodworking, photography, paintings, sculpture and found objects, this trio is no stranger to the delicate balance between light and dark that this particular time of year evokes. In their subtle strayings, they illuminate the various features of darkness that have been concealed by light, and attempt to access, dangerously, a path that leads to oneself.
