Please be aware that size matters. Our suggestion is to measure the current shoelace and add or subtract from there. If you are unsure, please contact us and we can help, but in the end, you are responsible for ordering the correct size.

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout (for buyer/seller protection).

Please check the status of your package using the tracking provided by USPS/Etsy. We see the same tracking as you do.

Once the package is dropped off at the post office an, it is completely out of our hands and control.

We are not responsible for lost packages that show "delivered" to the address provided. Please contact us within 2 days of "delivery" with conformation you have filed a missing package request with USPS.

The first step of locating a missing package is to first check with your carrier and then your local office.

It is up to the buyer to update the delivery address through Etsy before checking out. If you have moved, please follow up with your local Post Office to ensure that your mail will be forwarded. We are not responsible for forwarded packages.

While we can alter addresses on our end after your order has been placed, we are not responsible for incorrect delivery or returned packages to these addresses. We would be happy to re-ship any returned packages back to you with payment of additional shipping. We do not refund returned packages. Please allow 30 days for a package to return to us.

Every picture you see is an actual shoelace made from our dye. None of these are photoshopped.

If you are looking for a specific color, please go by the color you see on the screen rather than the words on the listing. Sometimes my version of "turquoise" is your version of "light blue".

That said, please remember that your computer screen may skew the color from what it looks like in real life. If you are trying to match a certain color, please contact us. We have been highly successful in matching colors for our customers.

Since these are made using dye, no two pair will be exactly the same. We do try and have the colors meet in the middle, but due to the nature of dye, sometimes they bleed into each other, sometimes not.
