Your sterling silver cremation earrings will be packaged in a black jewelry box. Truly a quality box worth mentioning and a safe home for your memorial when not being worn. You have the option to include an engraved nameplate on the jewelry box free of charge. If you would like one included please let us know the name of the deceased and their years of life at checkout.

Please be aware that each glass cremation marble will be unique from those pictured in our color chart. While the same colors will be used in the creation process, each will have it's own pattern and swirls of color different from those you see. As these are individually handmade works of art they each have their own characteristics and can never be exactly duplicated.

After your purchase, we will send out an ash kit to collect a very small amount of ash needed to make your memorial. We will return any ashed that is not used to you in the same container.

CUSTOMS FEES INTERNATIONAL ~
All shipments will be marked with the actual item value as required by law. There may be custom fees and duties that are due upon the delivery of your package. We are not responsible for these costs, they will be accessed to the recipient of the package and vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to determine these costs prior to placing your order.

ASH KIT INTERNATIONAL ~
After your purchase we will send you out an ash kit. Once you receive it, you will have to purchase the return postage from your local shipping service to mail it back to us. When it is returned to us and in our possession we will send an email to update the anticipated shipment date for your completed memorial.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ~
While we specify 4-6 weeks for the delivery and processing time for orders, we can not guarantee that your memorial will be delivered within that time frame. We must send out an ash kit, wait to receive it back in the mail, have time to create your memorial, and then allow time for the shipment of the completed piece. We strive to have memorials shipped within 2 weeks of receiving the ashes returned to us.

SHIPPING COSTS INTERNATIONAL ~ If you purchase multiple memorials we will refund any costs in excess of your actual shipping and insurance charges.
