This Christmas ornament is a great gift for that special someone. It is also great personalized add on for the outside of a gift for a Christmas gift. It makes your gift personalized and they get an ornament for their tree. You can even hang it on a bottle of wine for that special keepsake.

Most items will be shipped out within 24 hours.

I know how important it is to have your custom piece as soon as possible. With such a fast turnaround time, I usually start designing your custom piece within hours from when the order is placed. For that reason I am unfortunately unable to accommodate changes to the order or shipping address once it has been placed.

...CANCELLATION / RETURN POLICY...
If your item has not been engraved yet, I am happy to cancel the order for you. However, due to my fast turnaround time, they are usually engraved the morning after the order is placed. If your order has been engraved, it will be shipped and ineligible for a cancellation or a refund.

As each custom piece is made to order just for you, understandably I cannot accept returns, with no exceptions. Please make sure to ask any questions that you have before placing the order.
