A beautiful bracelet, exactly what I had imagined. I searched high and low for the perfect leather customizable bracelet and this was the one. There was a delay in the arrival of the product which I had wanted in time for Christmas and so I contacted Alice. She was very helpful and hospitable. She was happy to remake and resend another, but 2 days later it arrived anyway so I let her know to avoid further inconveniences. Great experience despite the hiccup, which was out of her control anyway. Thanks for the beautiful bracelet, I can't wait to give it to my fiancé at Christmas!!
