Ormlänk (1 in 4 Half-Persian) PDF

This "Intermediate - Level 6" PDF tutorial from best-selling chainmail author Dylon Whyte contains everything you need to know to weave, end, join and make jewelry pieces from the historical "Ormlänk" chain pattern. As well as information on suitable jump ring sizes and materials, including special instructions for incorporating neoprene O-rings for the purpose of creating stretchy and colourful jewelry.

"Ormlänk", also known as "1 in 4 Half-Persian" or "Queen's Braid", is an ancient weave that has been used by many cultures, including the Vikings, who dubbed it "Ormlänk", which literally means "Worm/Snake Link". This pattern features a tight, symmetrical weave suitable for many jewelry and decorative applications, which, unlike other Half-Persian patterns, has a perfectly rectangular cross section.

Painstakingly written and illustrated, all "Dylon Whyte's Art of Chainmail" tutorials feature high resolution 3D images, a proven step-by-step instruction method for construction and have been reproduced from high resolution digital files as a fully-printable PDF.

If you are familiar with any either of Dylon's best-selling books on the construction of chains and chainmail jewelry, you will know exactly what to expect from these well-respected quality tutorials.
