To be able to wear an art piece and have your faith near you is about as great as it gets. This vintage portrait icon with dome shaped lens has the most beautiful detailing with gold foil for the crowns and veils ( it is an original print not a photo copy) . This is the image of St. Ann, Mother of Mary, and a young Mary at that. ( thanks to a helpful etsier!) The pendant is made in layers of antiqued filigree , a soft pink rhinestone under the frame and one aurora borealis rhinestone hanging from a brass adornment. The pendant is quite extravagant and it measures 4 3/4" long. This assemblage piece hangs from three heavy brass chains that have large a large flower connector on one side and a simple loop on the other. The necklace measures 22" on the shortest chain that is closest to the neck. One of a kind and so gothic, this is a really beautiful way to wear an icon.
