All sales are FINAL since our items are individually personalized for you. If I make a mistake on my part, I will correct it or refund your order. (Sometimes we do make mistakes, and I'll correct any mistake immediately.) If you've requested a proof, please review the proof for accuracy. Once you've approved the proof, we can not re-do the order for you. Be sure to double check proofs before approving them.

PHYSICAL ITEMS:
Your order will be shipped via USPS first class mail or priority mail (depending on the item). I ship every Monday and Wednesday, and I will provide you with a notice that your order has been shipped. My current turnaround time will always be in our shop announcements. If you need an order faster than the current turnaround, please contact me to see if I can accomodate a rush order. Rush orders have a $10 rush fee and will be shipped in 24-48 hours. You will have to purchase a faster shipping method as well if you need overnight or express service. I currently only ship within the United States. Also, I am not responsible for your order once it leaves my shop. If you want to purchase insurance, please contact me prior to ordering.

PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS ON ETSY MATCHES YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IN PAYPAL SO THAT YOUR ITEMS ARRIVE AT THE RIGHT ADDRESS.

DIGITAL ITEMS:
Digital files will be sent to your email address within 24-48 hours of purchase during our business hours Monday-Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be processed on Mondays.
