These were absolutely perfect for our welcome bags for our hotel guests for our wedding! We stuffed ours with waters, mini Prosecco’s and beer and they held up no problem!

I wasn’t going to leave a review since Etsy stepped in and issued me a refund, but these dang notifications won’t go away unless I do and I hate notifications on my phone. I placed an inquiry for design assistance and an order for a garden flag in November, well in advance for Xmas. Communication didn’t go as I’d hoped, received the flag after Xmas, and it was all flawed. Random ink blotches on it, blurry letter, name not center on flag (letters running off page) and so on. Reached out to seller, with photos of item, who said he would issue a refund only once I sent it back. I was actually away at that time and found that to be absurd. Reached out to Etsy who immediately sided with my claim and issued a refund. Never received an apology, message or explanation otherwise from seller.

We offered to reprint and replace your flag of course at no charge. I did ask that you return the original flag so we could take a look and see what had happened and under no circumstances would we hold your refund hostage that seems to be a miscommunication. We take great pride and care when it comes to exceeding our customers expectations. We were waiting to hear back on if you wanted a re-print or a refund and never got a response until this review was left. We've never received the flag back either to take a closer look at what the printing issue might have been. We always want to work with our client when a error or mistake happens to rectify the situation. We value our customers and want you to be thrilled with choosing our company for your event and custom gift needs.

These Welcome bags for out of town guests for my daughters wedding we’re perfect. The design, color and quality exceeded my expectations! The company was wonderful to work with, they answered all my questions and my order was received ahead of the projected date.
