♥ Please shop wisely. We go to great lengths to include accurate materials and measurements, and we try very hard to make sure our photos are precise. Please ask us any questions you have, before you make your purchase, as returns are a hassle for everyone. Please be sure to contact us via Etsy convo (as we do not check our email regularly).

We personally make each piece of jewelry with great care and attention to detail. Each item is specially created to fill your order. Due to the nature of handcrafted items, we only accept returns if there is a problem with your order AND you contact us within 3 days of the actual delivery date. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

We do not accept return/exchange authorization requests after 3 days of the actual delivery date. We do not accept items postmarked after 7 days from return approval, unless prior arrangements have been made. Postage, shipping & handling charges are not reimbursable. Return postage fees and shipping insurance fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not reimbursable.

Please note that items must be returned to us in their original condition, packaged in the original box and sent in a bubble mailer to protect the jewelry. Refunds will not be made if the items are damaged due to poor packaging by the buyer.

It is strongly recommended that returns are sent back with insurance and tracking. Gemsicles is not responsible for lost or misdelivered mail, and we will not issue a refund for lost or misdelivered items.

♥ If you are returning an item/s from outside of the U.S., please note that Gemsicles will not be financially responsible for any customs fees, as they will be subtracted from your refund amount. To avoid us having to pay customs fees, it is best to ship the return via standard air mail and label the item/s as "returned merchandise."

♥ Please contact us if you have a concern with your order, before leaving a negative review. We want you to be happy with your Gemsicles purchase. :)

♥ Cancellations are accepted if they are requested within 24 hours of purchase.

♥ We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for the following items:

♥ If your package is returned to us as undeliverable because an incorrect, unverified or undeliverable address was provided at checkout, or the buyer failed to contact their post office or customs office to claim their package, we will re-send the package; however, the buyer needs to pay the additional postage/handling fee for re-shipping the package. If the buyer no longer wants the item/s, a 30% restocking fee will be charged before issuing a refund, and shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges or make refunds for sale items, custom/personalized orders or hand-stamped jewelry.

TRANSIT TIMES -- We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date, as certain shipment delays within the USPS are out of our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, holidays, strikes, etc.). Domestic USPS First Class mail usually takes 3-5 business days. International USPS First Class mail varies depending on the country, but it usually takes 2-3 weeks. For international orders, if your package is delayed in customs clearance, then it will take longer than the estimated shipping time. NOTE: Usually when international orders are marked "Delivered" on your tracking, it means your package is at your local post office or customs office, not necessarily delivered to your mailbox.

INSURANCE -- We cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen packages. If you want your items insured, we can add insurance to your shipping charges. Additional policies

PHOTOGRAPHS -- We try to portray the colors of the jewelry as accurately as possible in our photographs. However, colors may vary slightly depending on different computer monitors and mobile phone screens. Additionally, some photographs are enlarged to show more detail. Therefore, please check the dimensions and sizes before placing an order, as the photos of the pieces often appear larger or smaller on individual monitors.

Answer: Yes! Every day we work in our studio and create new jewelry designs for Gemsicles, which are in the process of being photographed and uploaded. So if you do not see what you are looking for, please Convo us! We probably have it or something very similar. Also, we welcome custom orders! :)
Answer: CANADIAN BUYERS’ packages will be mailed to Canada as usual, but please note there may be a delay in receiving Canadian packages due to strikes and labor disputes with Canada Post.
