The Cowboy Kabob Jr. Is larger than most skewers on the market at 26" long made with 1/4" square solid stainless steel blade with a 5" oak handle that keeps your hands Cool.
High quality construction with heavy duty blade that can handle large loads unlike thin flat bladed skewers.

It's the perfect sized skewer for use on your gas grill, Traeger or other pellet grills, Big Green Egg or smokers.

This size fits across the Solo Bonfire smokeless pit. Perfect for cooking over the coals then throw more wood on after dinner.

The 26" total length allows for 21" of skewer blade which fits all the way across most grills keeping the handles cool outside the lid.

Solid 1/4" Square Stainless Steel blade keeps food from slipping and spinning while it cooks. The flat sides make for easy 1/4 turn rotation as well.

The square blade goes all the way through the handle for stability and years of use.

Wash charcuterie and cutting boards by hand and don't leave them submerged or sitting in water or they may warp or crack. Periodically apply a cutting board sealant with bees wax and mineral oil to keep it looking new.

Cowboy Kabobs are built tough but if you stick the wood handles in the path of flames they will burn so don't do that :>)

I just used it for the first time on Saturday. It was a total winner at the barbecue. I have two and only brought one. It was perfect. Hans is real cool about communicating and responding. The reason I did not rated 5-stars was because it was shorter than I expected. It's clear in the description but for some reason I was expecting something longer. Great quality and beautiful work. Thanks Hans
