Description

This is a vintage FiestaWare Lilac Teapot with Lid. It's the original Homer Laughlin FiestaWare Teapot in Lilac. This five cup lilac teapot was produced between 1993-1995 along with the full array of lilac Fiesta ware. Lilac was the first of the new Fiesta colors to be discontinued and had a limited production. The Fiesta Lilac line was retired in 1995. No markings on the underside. Colorful lilac purple teapot, Rare collectible piece.

Dimensions: The teapot is 7 1/8" tall to the top of the lid.

The teapot is in excellent condition. It was used briefly then stored. In almost "like new" condition, there are several small light scratches at the mid section that are not noticeable- use the zoom feature to see. The Lilac Line is known for glaze misses and uneven glaze color. See the glaze missing at places along the edge of the teapot foot. Also uneven color on the teapot cover. However, these issues do not detract and the teapot displays beautifully.
