Vintage from the 1960s
This is a wonderful mid century modern lawn sprayer from the 1960s.
Made in the U.S.A. for Sears Roebuck and Co. No. 1566 Lawn Sprayer. The glass container has a 20 gallon capacity with printed gallon markings on the side and instructions on the back.
The top hose attachment lid is metal and screws to the jar. It is painted green with some paint missing due to age and use.
It measures 8.5” high x 3 5/8” wide.
The maker’s mark on the bottom indicates it was made by the Owens-Illinois Glass Company.
