All items are eligible for a return for exchange or refund as long as they have not been personalized. The customer is responsible for return shipping in these cases. In the cases of lost, damaged or incorrect items, we will fix it for you and replace it or pay for you to send it back to us so that we can make it better.

Shipping policies

We ship using USPS and FedEx for Domestic Shipments. Standard Shipping is for USPS First Class Mail. Priority Mail can be purchased for $5 more and FedEx can be quoted upon request. We ship USPS or DHL International for all International Shipping. USPS is $11.95 for all international shipments going First Class International. DHL and USPS Priority can be quoted upon request. All requests require a full address for an accurate quote.

Q: Can I add lettering to my item?
A: Yup! You can add up to 20 characters to ANY of our items on Etsy for no extra charge.

Q: How quickly can you ship my item?
A: If we have your item in stock and embroidered, we can usually ship it out that same day or the following morning. If it's an item we have to order in, it can take up to 5 business days to ship. If you need your item for an event, please let us know so that we can keep track of your order and make sure it ships on time.

Q: I have an idea on a new item or design I don't see in your store.
A: Let us know! If you're looking for it than that means lots of other people might be too! Our favorite thing is creating new designs so we look forward to speaking with you soon.

Q: Something's wrong! What do I do?
A: Oh no! Mistakes, though extremely rare, do happen but we are always happy to fix it. Let us know what's not right and we'll get it fixed lickety split!
