Description

If you have a brand new iPad, or know someone who does, you'll want to protect it! Keep it safe when you carry it around or set it down, by storing it in a bag made just for an iPad.
After I got my iPad I wanted a good case for it and didn't like anything that was available, so decided to make my own. I enjoy quilting, and liked the idea of the soft padded protection it would offer, so made myself a quilted iPad bag. Before it was even finished, my sister saw it and wanted one, so I made one for her too. I realized they are rather fun to make, so I'm making a few more, and this is one of them. After I made a few, I decided to create the pattern so anyone can make their own bag in their favorite colors.

Pattern has complete easy to follow, step-by-step illustrated instructions, so even if you're a beginning quilter you'll be able to make this bag.

You'll need cotton fabric, batting, and thread, plus heavy duty webbing if you don't want fabric straps. Bag has a flap top that tucks nicely under the straps.

Overall size is 8-1/2 x 11-1/2 when closed. If you don't have an iPad, it also makes a pretty cute little handbag!

This pattern will be emailed to you as a PDF, so you can get started on your project right away!
