Returns and exchange details

A 10% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged for items returned without authorization including packages returned due to incorrect address. It is buyer's responsibility to keep addresses current. SuppyEmporium DOES NOT retype labels, it's what is entered into your profile that is output to the label for your package.

I do not accept exchanges, but should any item arrive broken, I will gladly refund or replace the item. Once it is returned and received, I will issue your refund or ship a replacement. Shipping is not refundable on returns that you just don't care for.

Returns must be agreed upon by seller BEFORE returning, and must be returned within 1-2 weeks of final agreement between buyer and seller. Any product returned without prior authorization will not receive credit for the product, and SupplyEmporium will not ship the product back to you without additional postage paid.

SupplyEmporium ships Monday - Friday and a few on Saturday to take care of late Friday orders.

The post office provides tracking information for packages mailed from SupplyEmporium, so once it's shipped, you should contact the post office for delivery information as I receive the same notifications that you do.

I cannot accept responsibility for packages lost by the Post Office although I will make every attempt to help you locate the package. SupplyEmporium is not responsible for mistakes made by the Post Office, and the customer is responsible for providing the correct address to ship to. I do not retype addresses. The labels are printed from information that you have typed in to the PayPal or Credit Card forms.

Most times "lost" packages are left at the wrong house, etc., so your local carrier would be your best source for tracking it. I have had many "lost' shipments of my own that either the neighbor brought over or my local guy discovered.

Insurance costs are extra. Without insurance I cannot be responsible for replacements once the package has been accepted by USPS. I've not had issues, but you never know.

Returns must be approved and received back by SupplyEmporium within 30 days.
Shipping on returns is non-refundable.

I do ship Internationally, but do not accept responsibility for your package once it leaves SupplyEmporium and is scanned by the USPS. There is NO TRACKING information once it leaves the United States.

Additional policies

Etsy has recently raised its fees and those increases will be reflected in my prices. Some of the prices may have a weird number and we will attempt to change them as time permits.

Returns for items not broken will not be refunded shipping cost, and it is your responsibility to return the item in good condition.

You must contact me within 1 week of receiving your items for them to be eligible for a refund and they must be returned within 1-2 weeks. 30 day window for refunds.

Refunds will be made to Paypal or to your credit card if you use direct checkout, once the item has been received by SupplyEmporium so make sure your email is current for your PayPal account.
