*You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to ask for a return or exchange for a different size. When I receive the item (which must still be in new condition), I can either refund you the purchase price (minus shipping and handling) or send you a different size. I am sorry, but I can't accept returns for custom orders (if you asked for a very specific size or picked out a fabric I had to purchase).

*If you ordered the wrong size for your pup you can easily exchange it for a different one. You will need to pay for shipping for the new collar to reach you, please convo me to get the correct size.

*All orders are sent to your Paypal address. This is to protect both of us! If you have not updated your current address in Payal and it is shipped there we are not responsible for the package or for replacing your order. PLEASE CHOOSE the correct mailing address when checking out via Paypal!

ALL ORDERS ARE SENT TO YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS. If you would like to send it to a different address, please email me with the correct address. Orders sent within the US will be shipped via First Class Mail or Priority Mail, both methods come with tracking.

International orders - customs forms do require a phone number. Please send that in the notes on your purchase.

-International orders are send via First Class International Mail, unless the buyer wants to upgrade to Priority Mail International or Express Mail International, please convo me for details and pricing. Express Mail is the only service that comes with a tracking number.

*International customers are responsible for any and all additional duties, taxes or fees imposed by Customs in your country.
