Damages & Losses
In the unlikely chance that you should receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please message me within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of the confirmed order delivery date. Once I have confirmed your claim, I will email you a USPS return label to ship the goods back to me. Upon receipt, I will have another one reshipped to you.
I ship my orders through USPS generally within 2-7 business days (excluding holidays) upon receiving your order. From there it generally takes an additional 2-6 business days for USPS to deliver your package for standard shipping (priority and expedited shipping are also available). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item is shipped. During holiday season (e.g. Christmas, New Years), shipping may incur delay. Also, in unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control such as natural disaster, weather conditions and etc. may cause shipping postponement.
For best results and longevity, it is recommended to hand wash all clothing items and lay flat to dry.

Tumblers and water bottles are HAND WASH ONLY. Please do not put them in the dishwasher as that can not only damage the design but decrease the longevity of the tumbler itself.

**Clothing items that I have hand-dyed have been washed multiple times to remove as much excess dye as possible, but please keep in mind that the color may still run the first couple of times washing it (so be sure to wash alone or with like colors)!
