Hand-wash only, use soft cloth with mild detergent.

To ensure your piece arrives safe and soundly, your piece will be wrapped in high quality bubble wrap, and fixed with extra padding in a cardboard box.

Items are shipped according to their processing time, please check your item for the full information of processing time (some items are in stock while others are made to order).
Shipping times vary depending on your location;

For international orders please allow 8-21 business days for shipment to arrive.
(In some cases time would be extended to 24 days with delays during holidays or if held at customs)

EMS Express air post service delivery is available on demand and offers 3-7 business days (usually 5 days) to arrive.
During holidays season shipping time might be slightly longer.

All my items are handmade, and therefore small details may vary. I do my best to create my pieces according to the listing photo but like all items made by hand, they are never 100% the same.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can pay using any credit card using PayPal services.

We offer a 30-day return policy, so our customers can purchase with confidence, knowing they will have sufficient time to return goods if they are not completely satisfied. If any problem arises, please contact us and let us know about it and will find a solution.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund minus shipping, handling and restocking fees which are 30% of the total price of your order.

If you exchange an item because it is defective or damaged, all shipping and handling costs of the replacement item will be refunded.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but personalized of all kind or custom orders cannot be returned.
