We used stamped images and then handpainted these cards with a combination of watercolor paints and Zig Real Color Watercolor Brush markers.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


We gladly accept custom orders. Please message us to get your custom order started! Once we have decided on details we will make a reserved listing on Etsy for you to complete your purchase. Custom orders cannot be started until you have made your purchase.

Since all items are handmade, please allow 5 to 7 business days for production. Please consider this time frame when ordering for your event.

We cannot accept returns on custom items due to the customization of your order.

If you need a rush order, please notify us before ordering and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If you do not notify us before ordering, your order will be filled in the above timeframe.
Our handcrafted items are made using the best materials we can find. However, due to the nature of crafting, no 2 items are ever exactly the same. We care about using our materials to the fullest and to that end, pattern placement will vary slightly.
We try, where possible, to use environmentally friendly products. We strive to find and use compostable utensils, dishes, etc. We are always looking for new items that will be perfect for your next party and better for our planet. If you are interested in hearing more, please visit our blog!
Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than you do (or the tracking indicates) once an item is shipped. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number.

If an item is marked as "Delivered" and you have not received it, follow these steps: 1) Verify the shipping address is correct and that you have a mailbox with your name on it.
2) Check in with anyone else that might have received the package for you (ie. roommate, family member, neighbor etc).
3) Bring the tracking to your local post office to see if they're holding it or they have any further information.
4) If it has been 21 days after shipment and you've done steps 1-3 send us a
Customer service is very important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Items are packaged very securely to help prevent damage. If, however, in the unlikely event that your product was damaged in transit or if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 10 days after receiving your item to arrange a replacement or refund. Shipping cost for returns and exchanges is the buyer's responsibility.

Once you approve a custom order, we cannot issue you a refund.

If there is an error or misunderstanding regarding your received order, we MUST receive the incorrect item(s) before I can issue a refund or a replacement.
We package all goods to the best of our ability and send them off to you as quickly as possible. Where possible, we try to reuse packaging materials in our ongoing effort to be environmentally conscious.

We also strive to calculate shipping so that you aren't paying extra. If, by chance, our shipping calculations are off by a lot, we will refund you the difference.
