Let me start by saying when these arrived they were beautiful. I got them in white with a Purple Heart over my date. I got them quickly and the seller was very nice. When I started to write out the addresses on the back, the ink showed through and indented through to the other side. Thankfully I noticed this a few in and stopped. I contacted the seller and she gave me some suggestions on what pen to use. That didn’t work. So I ended up just making address labels. I was so excited it ended up working and sent them out. Then my father FaceTimed me and showed me his save the date. Somehow the ink smeared in transit and the save the date looked horrible!!!! I thought this has to be a fluke. Nope. Everyone’s looks similar. I sent out 93. I wish I could post pictures of them. I literally cried. I am embarrassed these went out.

First off, I received my proof and order faster than I've ever received anything off Etsy. VERY happy with that! Second and most importantly, the customer service from this store owner is by far the best. She contacted me almost immediately to let me know that my proof was on it's way after she finished a computer update. I honestly wasn't expecting it for a day or two! Again, the order was shipped the next day was received just a few days later. I was expecting to only get the labels I ordered but she also included a little sample baggie with samples of other products she makes! I thought that was a very nice touch! I was VERY impressed with this store and the quality of the products I received and will definitely order again in the future!
