Shipping policies

Turn around time is 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Made to item orders may take 1-2 weeks for processing, so please allow enough time to receive your order when needed. When I begin processing your order you will receive a notification from Etsy that your item is scheduled for shipment, with a tracking number. If there is a problem you will be notified immediately. All items are shipped USPS Flat Rate unless First Class or Priority shipping is preferred, extra charges will apply.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing the transaction; I ship to the address you provide via Etsy.

-- If a package is returned because of an incorrect address you will be contacted and will be responsible to pay any new shipping charges, or, if the order was not custom, issued a refund minus the initial shipping charge if desired.

-- Custom orders that are sent to a wrong address and cannot be resold will not be refunded, and will be held until re-shipment payment is made.
