The bag looks really cute! Not much room inside but great when you don't want to carry too much. Shipping took longer than expected (about 4 weeks to Canada). I had no tracking number to see where the order was at because I didn't choose this option at checkout. But when I reached out to the seller, she was very accomodating and offered to send another bag in case this one got lost in the mail. I really appreciated this offer although I didn't need it because I received the bag just in time for Christmas!
