All our garments ship pre-washed and preshrunk. To prolong the life of your indigo dyed garments we recommend hand washing in lukewarm water and hanging to dry.

Items such as bedding, baby items and cotton tshirts can be washed in a laundry machine in cold water and machine dried.

First and second washing should be separate from others, after this dye will not transfer onto other clothing and can be washed with similar clothing. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

I first saw this coat when it was featured by Etsy almost a year ago, and finally decided to go for it. I am so glad I did- the quality and design are superb! The rich colour is gorgeous and attention to detail is incredible. The seller was so patient and helpful during the ordering process too. The top leather closure didn’t have a buckle as the picture, instead it had metal D rings which are a pain to close and that shows the wrong side of the strap on top. The leather pouch is also quiet low, looks like I have a low crossbody purse and it’s not even attached to the coat so can’t be used as a pocket like I expected, though it has a little pocked on it but can’t be used to stick hands in as it’s small and different heights so awkward.

Even despite my best efforts to provide you with step by step pictures and instructions on how to buckle the coat correctly, you didn't and claimed it as defective so I would accept your return which I did. * The side pocket is designed as a small leather purse to carry keys or even a cell phone, not a defect. Overall it's a one of a kind coat not a zip up puffer jacket and it's very unfortunate you went ahead and left this negative review with false claims. Wishing you all the best in the future!
