We ship everything via Helenic Post with an official tracking number. Sometimes your parcel needs to be picked up from the post office or may be delayed in customs. Please make sure to collect your package as it will return if uncollected. We are not responsible for uncollected items, however, we are happy to ship it again , however the new shipping will be at your expense.
We will do our best to help you track any delayed or lost item but we are not responsible for any lost package after it has been officially delivered according to the tracking details.

We work on a wholesale basis with many shops internationally and we can send you all our wholesale info. However we do not work on a SOR basis.

We can accept returns however you need to ship the item back to us in perfect condition and at your own expense. In case of returns and after communication you will be refunded the amount of the piece deducting shipping costs and any Etsy fees that have been already added. After we receive the tracking number of your shipment we will proceed with the refund.
